Josh Shipman

Josh Shipman is a Colorado native with a background in the land, water and energy sectors.

He started his career as an asset and project manager for United Water and Sanitation District, where he focused on water rights acquisition and the management of United's storage and delivery infrastructure. Over the last five years, he has increasingly focused on land development and he now serves as vice president of land development.

With active projects in three counties, Josh oversees the design, entitlement, construction and contracting phases for land holdings.

Josh and his wife Katie love food and wine, and in 2020 he passed the examination to become a Level II Certified Sommelier.
